Alessandro Gentile - Producer

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Alessandro Gentile graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies. In the last few years Gentile has developed and produced a wide variety of narrative features, documentaries, short films, and music videos, in the United States as well as abroad.

Some of Gentile's credits include the short film The Invitation, a Co-Production of Showtime Television; Night of Henna (the first Pakistani/American film released in the U.S.) distributed nationwide by Illuminare Entertainment in February of 2005; In Your Eyes, which premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in 2004 and distributed by Mavericks Entertainment; Firefall: Road to Burning Man, which premiered at The Burning Beach Film Festival in Santa Cruz in 2004; The Guatemala Incident (shot on location in Mexico); and Nico Reve, a dramatic film trilogy (shot on location in Paris and in the South of France).

Gentile has an intuitive sense for human emotion, which attracts him to films that provoke strong feelings. His passion for storytelling has shown in his work throughout the years, and continues to do so.
